Mitel moves from the Visionary to the Leaders Quadrant. Leaders have a full UC offering and a strong market presence, and demonstrate success in the field. They have a strong presence in related markets to expand their footprint in UC.

Mitel, a global leader in business communications, has been positioned by Gartner, Inc. in the Leaders quadrant of the latest Magic Quadrant for unified communications.

Mitel has made bold moves this past year with acquisitions that expand our global reach and deepen our portfolio, while also accelerating our cloud communications solutions. We did this for our customers to offer broader choice and better service to help make them more successful. And we believe this contributed greatly to our big jump from Visionary to Leaders Quadrant.
