Our Support Coordinator will book your support request and allocate you with a ticket number. This will ensure your support request is handled in a timely manner and be your reference for the life of the support request.

Please note that your request will be submitted to the support queue, a support ticket will be generated and sent to you.
Support response times are dependent on your specific Service Level agreement. The standard targeted response times are as per the Express SLA.
Other Support Service Level options available to our customers are Executive & Enterprise.
